Jenny Graham designs a grueling training ride, over 1200 kilometres, in preparation for one of the toughest solo ultra endurance races in the world, The Transcontinental. Exploring the history and rules of The TCR, Jenny chats to Race Director Anna Haslock, past winner James Hayden, Performance Coach Laura Penhaul, and cycling Chef Alan Murchision for expert advice on how to tackle the race.
