Sinking the Supership: Nova

The final phase of the war in the Pacific saw the sinking of the largest battleship ever built: the Japanese warship Yamato. Altogether, more than 2,700 men went down with the vessel, which was blown apart in a massive air strike. "Nova" joins an international team exploring the ship's watery grave in the East China Sea and offers interviews with two survivors of the sinking and an American pilot who took part in the attack.
