On the coastal lines of Kerala live a community of fishermen. Along our trip along these shores we met a couple of them and put a camera in front of them. They told us stories. Stories of their latest exploit, their musings on life and death, their hope for the future and a couple of lame jokes. And we made a film out of these conversations. For a community that is now dwindling in numbers, we hope our film serves as a record of these beautiful folks. Three strangers connected by one thing, their elixir - Water (Vellam)
