Three princesses wear out their shoes every night, though no one knows where they go or what they do. The king, desperate for answers, offers one daughter’s hand in marriage to whoever can uncover the mystery, while those who fail must become shoemaker apprentices. After several princes fail, Kasperl, using a magical cap, finally unveils the secret.
