Half Century in Switzerland

Mexhidja was one of seven siblings, but only she and her brother Gëzimi remained in Kosovo during the era of guest worker migration and the Kosovo War. As many families left in search of a better future, they stayed behind, facing the difficulties of a country in crisis. In this short documentary, Mexhidja reflects on that time, sharing the emotional weight of separation.
