It’s Our Time

Asnath Losala stars in a BSL music video created to highlight the importance of the BSL community engaging with the Census 2021. Using street dance and African beats Asnath is inspired and influenced by her early years growing up in the Congo. She urges the Deaf community to make themselves visible; "It’s our time to sign now, And it’s our time to shine now..." The lyrics were written by Deaf poet, Sarah Adedeji with music composed by Troi Lee (DJ Chinaman) and choreography support by Chris Fonseca.
