Hari Terakhir Bersamamu follows Edwin and Michelle, a young couple facing the uncertainty of a long-distance relationship as Michelle prepares to leave Jakarta. With only one day left before her departure, they decide to explore Jakarta together as tourists, visiting places they have never experienced before.
