MTV Power Yoga features Kristin McGee leading the viewer through a yoga workout designed to appeal to anyone – regardless of the level of experience the viewer possesses. The group Blue Six performs the music heard during the program. A short Pilates workout focused on shaping abdominal muscles rounds out this exercise video.
