The term ‘life’ refers to that which distinguishes the animal, plant, fungus, protist, archaeal and bacterial kingdoms from the rest of natural realities. It implies the abilities to organise, grow, metabolise, respond to external stimuli, reproduce and die. Are you losing your faculties?
