The Vigil Action

Street racing gangs frequently haunt the 1314-kilometre mark of National Highway 210 in Xiling, causing fatal accidents. Police Squadron Leader Zhang Yingbin leads veteran officer Qiang Zhiguo and rookie cop Guan Tong to outwit the racers. They also crack a hit-and-run case dating back 17 years. As the child of a fallen hero, Guan Tong grows through these ordeals and becomes a qualified guardian of the Qinling Mountains.
