Teo and Karina have been the best of friends for as long as they can remember - and the only thing stronger than their friendship is their shared dream of becoming doctors. But after receiving interview offers to UBC’s MD program and being whisked away to a strange and exciting universe, they find their friendship tested against the pressures of the admissions process and the forces of evil that seek to tear their connection apart.
