Arnold Sotomayor is a filmmaker born in Lima, Peru, whose filmography focuses on genre films with a markedly experimental character. His style is defined by the intersection of narrative genres, the use of a stylized soundtrack, and a mise-en-scène that evokes the aesthetics of classic cinema. Through these tools, his films explore themes deeply linked to existentialism and individual perception, offering unique perspectives on identity, reality, and time.
