Edith Meinhard was a German film actress. She made her film debut when she was only ten in Carl Froelich's "Der Tänzer"(1919) a film starring Lil Dagover. A few years later, she was hired by the production company Defu for two silent films. She appeared as Erika, the friend of Thyme (Louise Brooks), in GW Pabst's critically acclaimed film "Tagebuch einer Verlorenen/Diary of a Lost" (1929) .
